Youth Harm Reduction Form 

This form is to be used to submit concerns related to youth in Platte County, Missouri that fit any one of the following early risk factors:

• Consistently/frequently sexting or sending nudes

• Inappropriate romantic relationship

• Being harassed or bullied for something sexual in nature

Once your form is submitted, you will be contacted by a VU team member within 1 business day.
