We are so glad you have decided to volunteer with us! Here you will find the required forms to begin volunteering with VU.
BACKGROUND CHECKS - in an effort to protect our reputation, brand, and clients, we require background checks for any and all volunteers, staff and board members. It will cost $27 to complete a 1 County Auto check, which covers a County Criminal Search, the Multistate Criminal and Sex Offender, and SSN Trace.
Page 1 - General information about your name and current/previous addresses. After completing, click the bottom right button to continue
Page 2 - Name confirmation and last 4 of your SSN, click bottom right button to continue
Page 3 - Payment information. You must go through the payment page or it will not go through the background check. If the payment page does not come up for you, please reach out to let me know.
