About the Event
Hero Helper is a 2-hour training designed for individuals who genuinely want to make a difference but also want to set themselves up for sustainable impact without burning out. This session helps participants explore the motivations behind their desire to help—understanding when we step into the “hero” role versus the “helper” role. By identifying which situations or populations are most likely to trigger our “hero instincts,” participants gain practical strategies to serve more effectively, increase self-awareness, and maintain balance. This training enhances self-awareness to more clearly help you define when and where to set boundaries—and why maintaining them is so important. In Person Training
The training location is provided upon registration; it will take place within the Greater KC Metro
