Role: People and Operations Lead Type: Full-Time Location: Tiffany Springs (KCMO, Northland); Hybrid Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 based on experience

Position Summary: The People and Operations Lead provides strategic and hands-on leadership for Value Unconditional’s internal people systems and organizational operations. This role supports the health, sustainability, and effectiveness of the organization by overseeing human resources functions, volunteer lifecycle management, internal policies, and day-to-day operational infrastructure. This individual is a steady, highly organized, and relational leader who ensures staff, volunteers, and systems are supported, compliant, and aligned with Value Unconditional’s mission, values, and vision. The People and Operations Lead works closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to implement, refine and improve processes, and support organizational growth while maintaining trauma-informed, ethical, and people-centered practices.
