Role: Advocacy Program Manager Type: Full-Time Location: Tiffany Springs (KCMO, Northland); Hybrid Compensation: $50,000-$60,000

Position Summary: The Advocacy Program Manager leads the strategic growth, operations, and daily functions of Value Unconditional’s Advocacy Program, a program supporting victims and survivors of sexual exploitation, sextortion and sex trafficking in the Greater KC Metro area. This role requires a steady, relational, and solutions-oriented leader with a deep understanding of the complex needs of survivors of sexual exploitation. The Advocacy Program Manager is responsible for leading VU advocacy initiatives, including but not limited to harm-reduction, crisis response and event-based counter-trafficking efforts. The ideal candidate brings both frontline experience supporting victims of exploitation and trafficking, and the leadership capacity to grow and refine a high-impact advocacy program. This individual must have an unwavering commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
